Dylan is the CEO of Cytoplan, has a BSC in Physiology as well as a Masters in Digital Marketing and Leadership. Dylan joined Cytoplan in 2019 with a background holding Senior Marketing positions with the health and leisure sector.

Dylan is passionate about Cytoplan's mission and is responsible for getting the message and products to as many people as possible.

Nic Marks - Non Executive Director

Nic is the founder and CEO of Friday Pulse – a digital platform that helps teams understand, track, and measure their happiness. He previously founded the Centre for Wellbeing at the New Economics Foundation. He and his team created important reports, such as The Happy Planet Index, Five Ways to Wellbeing, and Measuring our Progress. In 2010, he gave a TED Talk on his policy work that has been viewed over 2.5 million times.

Nic's father, Ian Marks, was the chairman of Cytoplan for three decades. Nic has been on the Cytoplan board since 2022 and he has made sure his father's vision for Cytoplan to be fully owned by a charity lives on. In 2024, ownership was transferred to the Nutritional Wellbeing Foundation.


Zoe Marks - Non Executive Director

Zoe joined the Cytoplan board in 2025. She focuses on the connection between the company and its owners, the Nutritional Wellbeing Foundation.

For 25 years, Zoe ran ZPM - a designer travel accessory business that she founded in her early 20s. The products were sold to high-end stores like Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and Selfridges. They also reached international markets.


Mark Kelly - Non Executive Director

Mark joined the Cytoplan board in 2023. Before that, he was the CEO of Eurocell plc for 7 years. Eurocell is the UK's largest maker and recycler of PVC window profiles. Prior to this, he was CEO of Grafton plc's UK merchanting division, overseeing 500 branches, 8,800 staff, and a turnover exceeding £1 billion.

Mark began his career at Mars, where he gained a strong commercial foundation that shaped his approach to leadership. His career spans leadership roles across manufacturing and distribution and for five years, he managed the biggest beer and soft drinks dispensing brand in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

Though he has a commercial background, Mark has gained an appreciation for manufacturing. He understands its importance in crafting a unique value for customers.


Jeremy Pakenham - Non Executive Director

Jeremy Pakenham

Jeremy was a Senior Partner and Global Leader in the Energy Industry at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Later, he became a director at IBM Consulting Services Ltd. Jeremy has vast experience in contract and governance matters in major business organisations.

Jeremy joined the Cytoplan board in 2021 and focuses on governance and strategic development, bringing his extensive corporate experience to support the company's mission.
