The NWF is an independent grant-making charity based in the UK which aims to improve the understanding of nutrition and its impact on health.

Over the past two years NWF has given over £800,000 in grants to charities working to improve the understanding of nutrition and its importance for health.

In 2025, the NWF’s primary focus will be on improving the food on offer in secondary schools and educating young people on nutrition, cooking, and the food system. The goal of this funding is that students leave secondary school with the experience and knowledge they need to make healthy food choices throughout their lives. Nearly £1million has already been committed to charities working to address this issue.
